We currently only ship to the continental United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, Mexico. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain other areas are not eligible.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
• If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@merinohouse.com with your name and order number. We will respond within 24 hours.
